Refund and Returns Policy

At Stellar Cotton, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our bedding and offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Your order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened sheet sets, duvet covers, or pillowcases that have been removed from their original packaging, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.

  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@stellarcotton.sbs within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Approved: We will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Send it Back: Ship the item(s) to the provided address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send an email notification regarding your refund.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges:

  • We currently offer refunds only. To get a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective product or an item you did not order, contact us immediately at support@stellarcotton.sbs. We will send a prepaid shipping label and expedite the correct replacement to you.
